Opening a new account wasn't easy at first

Trying to find everything online to open a new Newbury account wasn't straightforward. Could only find the application form for a Shared account and not a sole account. Also, under the Welcome to Newbury account, there was the option to 'Apply Online' but then it didn't appear on the drop down menu for 'myaccounts'. Once downloaded, the Shared form was easy to fill in (crossing out the 2nd applicant) and everything went smoothly from then on Reviewed on: 13th December 2019

We have recently removed the option to open the Welcome to Newbury account online, which is why the link did not appear, we will review the content to ensure this is clearer.
