Quality customer service and ethical practices

Couldn't recommend Triodos more. The bank makes you feel like a truely valued customer, which I have never experienced with any other bank. The level of transparency that Triodos offer in terms of their own business practices, internal pay parity, and investments is absolutely excellent, and has transformed how I think about banking as an industry. Triodos is revolutionising banking in a time when banks are often seen as the enemy by the public. I would recommend them to anyone... Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
