More-than-money

Triodos Has all you would want from a bank - good communication, efficient apps and, despite not having local branches, availability. Whenever I have needed help or advice with money matters, I have spoken to a knowledgeable person, not speaking from a script, If I have had to wait, the music has been interesting and not designed to send me climbing up the wall. A small point, but part of an ethos that is about so much more than money. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Service and ethical standards

I was looking for online banking and a way to make a positive difference. Faultless interactions by phone and in the email system. A good app. If I say ‘even better than Nationwide’ that says it all!. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
