Ethics is not an add-on

This is a bank that works in an effective and straightforward way for it's retail customers yet puts true emphasis on benefitting communities and the planet through its loans and investments. I'm sure many (all) banks have a CSR department. I'm sure Triodos doesn't need one because it's simply the way they do business. I'm simply proud to be a customer Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

Ethical Banking and Excellent Service

Even when things went gone wrong (my card stopped working) your excellent customer service person couldn't have been more helpful. All was resolved quickly. And it's great to be with a bank with ethics. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
