Some but effective way to make a positive impact.

Triodos is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise stuffy room of smokey, cigar-toting suits. People are quick to forget those who are responsible for recent economic collapses. They give them all their cash to play with in exchange for a pittance of interest and then are outraged when they are inevitability robbed later on. Not me, not anymore. Knowing that money is being used to fund socially responsible projects and not manufacture bullets is the point here. Great customer service with actual helpful human beings too. Challenging the status quo

An ethical bank. Sounds like an oxymoron yet Triodos is really showing up the competition by providing transparent and strictly ethical lending. Knowing your money is not being invested into dodgy dealings such as arms, tobacco or big pharma is great but Triodos go a step further and actively show you the projects your money helps support all from within a well thought out app. The real kicker for me has been the stellar customer service. It's almost disarming having a well trained and helpful actual person pick up the phone after just a couple rings. I've not yet been put on hold and every query has been resolved swiftly and courteously. Bravo. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
