Transparent banking where your money does good

Banking with Triodos has been great. I chose them for their ethics and don't mind the very small monthly charge for the current account as they're completely transparent about this. I'm quite happy that someone else isn't paying more because I've happened to get a 'deal'. I love that my money is not only not funding things I wouldn't want it to but, indeed, is funding positive and ethical things. All this and I don't have to do any research! When I have needed to deal with customer services they have been exceptionally helpful and the app works a treat for my everyday banking. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 21st March 2024

Make sure your money is doing good

I love banking with Triodos. Knowing that our money isn't funding anything that we wouldn't want it to, and indeed is doing good, makes a huge difference and means that we're doing more to help the planet and our kids' future than we otherwise could. All this, and I don't have to spend hours on research...love it! Customer services are super-helpful when contacted (but I haven't needed to contact them often). Reviewed on: 21st March 2024

Banking that does good, not harm

Banking with Triodos means that you can relax, knowing that your money is being used for good rather than harming people or the planet. I love the transparency of banking with Triodos and their different accounts mean that there's probably one that's right for you. The app has improved tremendously over the last year or two and, when I've had cause to contact customer services, they've always been really helpful. I wouldn't bank with anyone else! Great, easy banking that does good

This is how banking should be! My Triodos current account runs smoothly and the app, for day-to-day banking is really good. When I did once have a minor issue with the app, (several years ago), Triodos were very responsive and got it fixed quickly. I like the transparency that Triodos offer and the fact that you know that you're not unwittingly financing any planet-wrecking or people-harming activities is priceless. A fab, transparent bank that actually does good

My experience of having a current account with Triodos has been a good one. I left my old bank (with very good customer service) due to ethical considerations and am happy to report that I've found the customer service at Triodos, (on the few occasions that I've had to contact them), really very good. I like that they are transparent about the costs of running a current account and I love that they actually help people and the planet with the money that they're looking after and that it's possible to see where the money is being used.
