Generally, I have no problems with banking with Trio...

Generally, I have no problems with banking with Triodos but on the very rare occasions when I haven’t been able to do something, the customer service team have resolved the issues straightaway. Usually it’s something I misunderstood or done wrong. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

An efficient bank with an ethical heart

An ethical bank that looks after you and the environment

As a banking experience, I can’t fault Triodos but it is the extras which I particularly value. They support businesses and projects that are environmentally beneficial. We are kept fully informed about their investment policies and activities. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
