How banking, and banks, ought to be.

Triodos is a banking epiphany - a force for positive global change, a pleasure to use and an excellent service provider. Switching was straightforward and swift, and when I did need help, I was assisted by the same, lovely person twice - on a Sunday! At a call centre! Unheard of. I didn't realise it would be possible to be proud to bank with a particular institution, having previously thought of banks as a necessary evil. I look forward to it, and our collective impact, growing and growing. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
