Customer service excellent

I have been a customer since they opened current accounts for individuals and have nothing but praise for the service I have received. I have occasion to contact them on several.occasions and everyone I have spoken to without exception has been very pleasant and has been able to help me or pass me on to someone who can. Problems getting logged in

When I got a new phone I had problems getting logged in to my account. I phoned Triodos and was answered very quickly by someone who understood my problem and took as much time as was necessary to help me. She took time to understand my problem and was very calm and helpful throught the whole conversation. I have always found the staff very helpful and pleasant whenever I have had cause to phone. Excellent and efficient service

First Class Bank

As soon as I found Triodos had a personal savings account I opened one, as a result when they started personal current accounts I was asked if I would like to open one. I had been looking to change my current account to an ethical bank for some time so I jumped at the chance. That was many years ago, I have never had any problems with my account. Any time I have had to contact them I have managed quickly to speak to someone who has understood my question and been able to help me. A Great Ethical Bank

I had been looking for a more ethical bank for years when I stumbled upon Triodos savings account. I opened one and as soon as they started current accounts I signed up. The transition was smooth and I have been delighted with the service I have received. I have no hesitation in recommending Triodos, and have in fact recommended them to most of my friends.
