I have had a current account (+savings and ISA) for many years. I bank with them because of their ethical stance and I believe that they are leading the way that all financial institutions should ultimately follow. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Excellent ethical bank

I have had an online personal account (and other accounts) with Triodos for many years. I use them because of their ethical values. Their customer service and response to any questions I have had is second to none, both online and over the telephone. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

The best Ethical Bank

Ethical and responsible banking

Having banked with a high street bank since I left school, I was getting more dismayed as to the way these companies operate, so it was a joy to come across a bank offering an online current account and offering ethical investing and open and transparent banking. OK I do not have a local branch, but Triodos are on the end of the phone and I have always found them helpful whenever I have called. 5Star. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
