Simple straightforward and sustainable. Nice to talk to as wel

I have to admit to waiting for the chance to be able to join triodos after reviewing ethical sustainable banking choices. I also wanted to be treated like the bank had values in customer serve as well. As a new customer I've not been disappointed. Even when issues have come up in application they were a pleasure to talk to. Knowing my bank account is more ethically and environmentally aware with more scope for sustainable investment helps me think that a small choice just adds more to how we can all tackle our global problems together.
