Ethical and excellent

We have had a personal current account with Triodos since such accounts became available. Excellent online account, very good app, easy to contact customer service on very odd occasions that is available. And on top of all that, and most importantly, completely transparent and ethical. Ethical bank, excellent service

We have a current account, savings account and ISAs with Triodos. We were attracted to them because of their ethical stance and their transparency in where the money goes. The customer service is also excellent. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Ethical, transparent, excellent

I chose to bank with Triodos because of their openly ethical standards and their transparency e.g. the ability to see who they lend money to. Their customer service is excellent and their communication with customers is second to none. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021
