A very user friendly banking service with a great ethos

I love all the ethical initiatives supported by Triodos and their honesty and transparency. It feels good to be putting my money where I know it will be doing good and not harm. Their customer service team is local and friendly and always get things done. You don't feel like you're dealing with a faceless corporation.
