Sustainability

I wanted to bank with Triodos because I knew about their reputation as an ethical and sustainable bank through my trustee work. There customer service has always been reliable, helpful and friendly and the online and mobile banking is so easy it is stress free. I have banked with them since they first opened cash accounts for individuals and I rank them as the best bank I have ever used so very happy to recommend them to family and friends. Easy to use and friendly staff but ethical policy is priority

I have been with Triodos since they opened customer accounts a few years ago. They have improved the usability of the online banking and always on top of security and fraud problems. When I need to contact someone, by message or phone call, they are always polite and efficient. I wanted a bank that put sustainability and ethics before profit and Triodos certainly do that and work hard to show what is being done with customer investments and improvements to communities. I certainly put them above any other bank I have used including another well known 'ethical' bank. Reviewed on: 16th January 2022

Efortlessly ethical banking

It is so lovely to have a bank that is proud to share how the money is invested in the community for sustainable and ethically responsible projects. It is all the reward I need to know that by banking I can and do help others. The website is easy to use and communication is quick, efficient and friendly - win win. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
