Banking with peace of mind

All my dealings with the bank have been positive. The customer helpline is answered quickly, and staff have always been friendly and helpful. I have no real issues with the banking experience, and am very happy to be with a bank that operates according to ethical principles. Triodos focusses on environmental, social and cultural sustainability in the companies that it finances and is committed to transparency, so you can even check on their website that they are lending to companies that meet their ethical criteria.
