Excellent customer service from ethical bank

I have used Triodos bank for several years and their customer service is exceptional. They are an ethical bank which is why I’m prepared to pay £3 a month for their current account. However, I can’t rate this as good value for money because other banks don’t charge for their current accounts Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Better than your average high street bank

I have banked with Triodos for a while now. Their customer service is great, and I really like knowing that any funds I have in my account are helping Triodos to make loans to worthwhile enterprises. Reviewed on: 15th December 2019
