Ethics and great service

The app has been fantastic and is easy to use, intuitive. When I have had to call then I have always got through to someone who has taken an interest and been able to help me - no endless waiting and being passed from team to team. Primarily however I'm with Triodos for the ethical standpoint they take, the improved service is just a bonus! Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Excellent customer service to match their ethical credentials!

The banking app is brilliant and every other communication has been easy - no long call wait times and friendly and informed service from a real human at the other end of the line. And most importantly I just feel so much happier knowing my money is with a bank that truly embodies their ethical ideals. Win win! Reviewed on: 16th December 2019
