Disappointing treatment of customers

The society are advertising in a huge 1 page spread in the Newbury News of a new account paying 1.5%. However, don't get too excited it's not for current customers! Only fir new ones "not available to existing members". Poor way of trwTing loyalty . Will contact CEO and if not offered this rate will take my money elsewhere and suggest everyone else does too. Our Existing Members Account is for existing members - and it pays 1.75%, (0.25% more than the Welcome to Newbury account you saw for new members if the advert) and the account is there specifically to reward our loyal members after a year of joining us (which is, we agree, an important thing to do).
