Terrible

Terrible!! Very happy to take the money and give nothing in return. There is no phone contact unless You have some claim. The only contact is via email and for the reply usually You have to wait until next day. I have spent £108 on translation of the NCD proof which met all the requirements mentioned on their website while uploading the NCD proof. And next day company comes back to me with another new requirement my proof do not meet. Clearly to avoid accepting NCD and increase the price. Policy canceled and never going to use this company again. Reviewed on: 20th December 2019
