Friendly people, great rates!

We were looking for a RIO mortgage after our existing lender wouldn't extend our term after my early retirement (I sold my company). On our initial call with Eve McDowell, one of your Mortgage Advisers, we failed the strict RIO affordability checks (my state pension hasn't started yet) but Eve was quick to suggest a standard mortgage at a great rate. Eve kept us informed by email during the application process and helped answer any questions. We completed the remortgage in about six weeks and are now very happy Newbury customers.
