Feels like a cool new group of friends....!

This is going to be a bit boring because my experience has been really great so far. Simple. Easy to use. Easy to apply and feels like you are in control of your own destiny money wise. Don’t get me started on the App and the card. It’s such good quality from the font that they use, to the envelopes that they send the cards out in. The back office support is very good - no trying to hide the phone numbers to make it difficult to ring and 3 other points of contact if you can’t get through. No difficult language or dealing with people who clearly don’t like their jobs. Feels so good to be in on something fresh (to me anyway) in the banking world! To sum up (as if you haven’t already guessed - I ❤️ Starling Bank! Reviewed on: 23rd December 2019
