Review of the Brightside, Car Insurance:

Saved money by renewing my car insurance with Brightside but did not get no claims protection which was clearly advertised on comparethemarket.com that it was included.

Overall I found the website easy to navigate and was pleased I saved money by renewing my car insurance with Brightside. However i felt somewhat mislead and a little cheated by your quote on Comparethemarket. com that clearly stated No Claims Protection was Encluded but actually it was not! Brightside, please check the details for my quote and correct the details of what is included with the policy. Not receiving the No Claims Protection has soured my experience and it puts a question mark on trust Reviewed on: 5th May 2017
