Both my hubby and I have annual worldwide cover, but recently my hubby had been diagnosed with a serious illness which needed surgery, etc. I was very worried that Asda would cancel his cover and cause us a serious issue as we had a big holiday coming up in October. But I couldn't have been more wrong as with one phone call the cover was completely updated, it took an hour, but it was done with care and competence and now we can travel with complete confidence, knowing our cover is correct. I have had a totally positive experience with The Halifax Bank, whether instore or online. Always welcoming, helpful, easy to navigate & use, it’s a pleasure to be a member. They also have competitions for account holders each month and they always offer & thoroughly explain any new accounts/offers/updates so I can make a knowledgeable decision. In the last two years since banking with the Halifax, I can honestly say that I’m completely satisfied and I’ve had no problems whatsoever. I mostly bank online and the site is very easy to use-from transfers to statements it’s super simple to manage. And occasionally I do go into a branch and again, I’ve had exceptional service each time I’ve visited. Really I cannot find fault and highly recommend The Halifax. Reviewed on: 7th November 2018
