The best bank around

I've been with Starling since October 2018 and it's the best banking decision I've made. Everything, from top to bottom, has been efficient. The app is great, the customer service is excellent (the live chat feature is especially good) and the instant notifications on my phone has changed my outlook on my spending and budgeting each month. As previously mentioned, the live chat feature for me is one of the best things about Starling. I think I've lost days of my life waiting in a queue on the phone to my previous bank. The maximum I've waited with Starling is a couple of minutes. I will soon be starting my own business, and for me opening a business account with Starling will be a no brainer, even if it's only half as good as my current account! Best of luck with the awards.
