Staff really embody the brand

I always feel like Im speaking to a human. The people I have spoken to seem happy to hear from me and pleased to help in whatever way they can. I chose shepherds friendly for ethical reasons, to invest in a 'less corporate' alternative to the banks. The staff seem to embody this more 'people friendly' approach Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
