Good but could be better.

The process of transfer was quite easy. The App takes some time to get used to and it is not particularly very user friendly. The cash USA rate is good but I found the hidden terms around what attracts the bonus and funds that do not, very disingenuous. Customer service could be improved somewhat. You have to continually repeat the same question and go over and over the issue as different agents address the question/concern. They read your last response and not the chain of repeated questions concluding in resolution that can take days to achieve that should realistically take minutes. It is extremely frustrating. The platform provides a superb level of access to funds/stocks and I like the Pies. The fees are also very reasonable and trading is straightforward. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Slick transfers and great customer service.

I’ve used Currencies Direct for a few years to transfer funds to the UK from Saudi Arabia. The process is very slick, easy and their customer service is superb. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
