Excellent range of savings plans

Both my partner and I wanted to save on a regular basis, with a good interest rate and easy access to our money to pay for our wedding as the big day draws near. Shepherds Friendly ticked all those boxes. This is our second year of investment and I would struggle to find a bank that could compete. The online account system is easy to navigate and gives ne access to my account 24/7. on the occasions that I have had to contact Shepherds Friendly direct, the customer advisers have always been professional, polite and resolved any issues quickly. It certainly lives up to its 'Friendly' name. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
