I feel like a customer

Yes, it is an app based service, but it is very, very well thought out. The process for applying for my account asked the kind of questions that made me feel assured that Starling understands modern business. My pre application research led me to Anne Boden's interview on you tube. Her reasoning and honesty sealed it for me. This is not a faceless tech bank, it is an organisation that understands what business customers need and how and where to deliver it. Excellent. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
