Starling is what all other banks should aim to be like

Sign up was easy especially as I had just moved to the UK. The simple layout of the app gives me all the information I need at a quick glance and the details, including statement for all time periods, are easily accessible when needed. It's super easy to use and the wait for an online chat for assistance is super quick. Sometimes the security features are a bit too secure and can catch you out at the till but a couple of quick changes in the settings sorts most problems out. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
