Efficient and does what it says on the tin with no gimmicks

I was a little dubious about using a mobile banking app to manage my money after using traditional banks as most people do. I found the whole process of opening a bank account with Starling easy and it has helped me with managing my money. Any issues I've had have been answered swiftly through their customer service reps. It uses no gimmicks and feels like a bank for grown-ups. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
