Excellent Customer Services, and it's Free!

Moving over to Starling Business was simple and painless. As 99% of our transactions are electronic (FPS, BACS, Card etc.) this was the best service for us a business rather than paying through the roof for a high street bank. On the odd occasion where we've had to "chat" (via the app) with the customer services team, they have got back to us quickly and I've never had any issues lasting more than 12 hours even at the weekend. To be fair, although the service is currently free, it's a service that would be worth paying for if they ever introduced fees for their business accounts. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
