I’m so impressed. The app is clean and simple to use, and I feel like I have a really good hole on my finances since switching. The additional services and products are useful too. One real big bonus is the difference in how Starling deal with Direct Debits. If I don’t have the cash in the right account, rather than attempting to debit my account and bounce (then getting a £10 charge), It simply notifies me and waits for me to put the cash into the account meaning I never get unpaid item charges. A much more ethical way to treat customers. I was with metro bank and Barclays beforehand and hate them both, but Starling have been brilliant to use Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
