efficient and user friendly

I switched to starling from Halifax and haven’t looked back since, you think you would miss having a branch to go into and speak but starling have thought ahead which means there’s nothing to miss about not having a branch as there isn’t one issue that can’t be fixed over the phone or on the chat on the app!
