Things happen in real time!

After being with one of the “big banks” switching to a Starling Bank Business account was a revelation! Not only do things happen fast but the bank is evolving and improving all the time, currency conversion charges are reasonable and basic services are free. But the biggest improvement is that you are always connected and aware of what is happening.... transaction notifications are instantaneous appearing on your mobile device as they occur in real time. Another innovation was the simple but rigorous security protocols using touch and face id and no longer having to jump through hoops like having to generate secure digital codes before you could even access your own account. I also like the multiple card controls so that you have total say over what your debit card can be used for or even completely disable it if you wish. These sort of features are just not offered by the legacy banks and makes switching to Starling bank really worthwhile. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
