Pretty neat and lean way of doing business

I'm happy with starling overall. I've migrated from an established bank which was moving with technology, but too slow for my taste. I believe old backs are a bit stuck in their old ways and it is a good a new bank comes up with better ideas and a leaner way of running can provide better benefits for customers. There are a few drawbacks with it of course, but I would say they are small compared to the overall picture. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
