Flawless and available

Really quick and easy opening process, card arrived 48 hours later so fully operational within 48 hours of opening. Queries are answered within minutes, whatever the day or time, in a friendly but businesslike manner. Nothing but praise for the service. Statements are fully flexible on dates required and ability to add text making it so easy for accounting. Additional services being added regularly. New banks don't have the legacy systems of traditional banks so it is arguably easier to meet current demand but Starling are providing a great alternative as many businesses are now primarily electronic.
