Responsive to needs

Initially we had a challenge setting up the account because ‘computer said no’ to an element of our requirements but I raised this to Starling as being out of kilter with marker practice and they changed policy within a week. I was impressed and as I rate the personal account I hold so highly I am delighted to have switched business accounts to them too. Such ease overall and importantly when it’s not with ease they will listen and change to ensure ease going forward. I don’t think the traditional banks could match such responses to clients.
