Imaging a bank that rings you back when requested - Thats Starling bank

Brilliant customer service for business bank - easy to contact customer support by chat email and most importantly phone. If you ring and your are on hold for more than a few minutes they give you the option to leave a number for a call back and they do ring back. Its a simple item that you should expect from most bank but in this time of “ shaky fintech banking start ups ” we have found that no other so called business bank does this although some promise to.
