Starling bank is the best!

It is definitely the best bank for the entire process - 1. signing up to the business account is smooth and truly within minutes, unlike other challenger banks who claim so. 2. The interface is clear and easy to use, with features at fingertips rather than hidden/multiple clicks. 3. Sending/receiving money is quick with prompt notifications; 4. Categorisation within expenditure is helpful and receipts/notes function allows easy records of business expenditure. 5. Customer service is real time and online chat is very helpful, no more telephone music just to be passed onto another department! 6. It does listen to customers, as proven by the addition of QuickBooks app. Hands down the best hassle free + efficient + quality bank! Reviewed on: 4th January 2020
