Review of the Starling Bank, Business account:

A refreshing new Bank

I joined Starling due to the Natwest switch incentive. I have been very happy with the switch. The process its self was smooth and easy, with any questions i had were answered promptly and with a real sense of customer service. I have found that, as an app. based bank, once you have navigated and got used to the app, it is easy to use and laid out pretty well. There is room for improvement of course with both the app and the scope of Starling, such as additional accounts for saving/tax and credit cards but i believe these will come with growth. I expect to move my personal banking to Starling in the future as the bank becomes more established. Starling come across as a bank with a new way of approaching things and i look forward to more innovative banking methods. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020
