A joy to deal with

This app for Starling is great and really easy and straightforward (even for me over 50 and hopeless with tech!). Registering with the bank and getting set up was also incredibly straightforward all done on your phone, the transfer was fab with all direct debits set up and ready to go (I know this is an accepted part of the transfer process but other banks have messed this up in the past). I needed to speak to someone about a particular issue - and I got a real person who actually listened to what I said and replied in a helpful way that wasn't 'on script' and provided genuine help. In terms of business banking Starling is linked to our Xero account and this makes dealing with the accounts really easy and straightforward. Best thing we ever did business-wise was to move to Starling Reviewed on: 4th January 2020
