A fresh view of banking

i have been with many banks over the years and starling has been by far the best for customer service owning the issues and following through to the solution that why i was glad that they started business banking as i have now moved all my banking to them and have been with them now for nearly four years for personal banking and just over a year for business banking and have not had any issue i wish the high street banks had adopted there ethos and put the customer first.
