What more can you ask for

I setup a Starling account as I wanted a new, free, business account and theirs fitted the bill. Since then I've gone on to get a personal current account, that pays interest, setup my wife with a current account, a joint account and 2 more business accounts to help me keep things straight. Setting up an account is easy & fast, my debit cards arrived within 2 days. When I've needed to contact them for support, very rare, they are really helpful and very friendly and get things sorted out for you asap. To compare them with the regular banks, I've been a Lloyds customer for 30 years, well there just is no comparison. Starling are there to help you, when you need to speak to Lloyds it always seems like I am inconveniencing them and I have to jump through hoops to get them to do anything with MY money. Starling aren't as good as a high street bank, they are world's ahead. Lloyds should be so lucky as to be compared. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020
