Very easy to use and transparent about when charges...

Very easy to use and transparent about when charges will happen, when there is an offer of interest free period etc. The only thing that is a bit strange is that when you pay by bank transfer the PayPal credit, it takes a few days to process and take the payment from the bank account and makes me wonder if it went through by the deadline or not. Super easy to use

From setting up the account to reviewing where my spending is going each month, I just love Starling. And there was only one time I needed support and a human was there on text chat within a few seconds. And best thing is, that I know my money is safe as compared to other "e-wallets" that pretend to be a bank! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
