Great customer service

Amazing customer service and care

We were first time buyers wanting to do a Shared Ownership purchase on a New Build property. As you can imagine not many mortgage companies would be keen to take that sort of mortgage on, but Newbury would. They gave us the chance to get on the ladder without any issues and were the best value quote out there. Any contact we have is always really easy and the staff are so friendly. We had a nightmare getting into out property (new builds always take longer than promised) and the best thing about our first week in our new home was the lovely hamper we recieved from Newbury! Such a wonderful touch and really reassured us that we went with the right company for us. A good company ways puts their customers first and it's little gestures like that which has encouraged me to recommend Newbury to anyone looking to get on the ladder.
