Great help

I wanted to chat to someone about sorting an early repayment and then splitting the rest of my amount with an repayment plan over 3 months. The lady i spoke with (Andrea) was really helpful. She assured me that my account was up to date after a recent partial payment and then let me split the rest of my repayment across 3 months. Reviewed on: 11th May 2017

Very helpful

I wanted to pay off a little of my loan early and the customer services representative I spoke to what extremely helpful. He took the payment straight away and gave me a revised payment schedule. His name was Kenny, I believe. Reviewed on: 11th May 2017
