The most convenient app ever

I love Monzo because it's so easy to use - everything looks great, it's all in one place and I don't have to make appointments or wait on the phone to get anything done. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Great for banking peace of mind!

I love how they make everything so easy. For example recently I asked our local council to change my direct debit details to my Monzo account to pay my council tax. They said on the phone they had, but I didn't really trust them as they didn't confirm via email or send any documentation. A few days later, I got a notification from Monzo to confirm a direct debit had been set up. I'd never get that from any other bank! Reviewed on: 7th January 2020
