I've found STF service exemplary. Becky my agent is lovely. It feels like I've known her for a long time when I've actually had contact with her 3/4 times. She's bright bubbly and cares about her customers. Becky was my first point of contact with the company. My son is a customer and recommended me to Becky. She contacted me within 24hrs if him talking to her. My loan was completed within 48 hours I was impressed. I have anxiety issues and struggle around people when I first meet them. It generally takes 3-4 meetings before I even begin to relax and feel comfortable with them. However with Becky I instantly felt comfortable and relaxed she has an approachable manner and it's refreshing to interact with someone like her. If there's ever something worrying me concerning my loan or repayment Becky immediately makes contact. She's put my mind at rest quickly and satisfactorily. I can't say my review would be the same for anyone else but I don't need to as it's Becky ive had dealings with. The company should be proud of her she represents you brilliantly. I've had contact with staff via telephone and they've also been great. All the staff have time for customer queries and don't make me feel stupid or wasted their time they deal with whatever's happening quickly and professionally.
