Friendly Customer Facing App

Yolt has made me realise that I used to have zero visibility of my finances. The app is great because I can see all (nearly) my accounts in one place at the same time. It gives me an instant overview that previously would have taken me days and using spreadsheets to work out. Occasionally I’ve run in to issues with the app but the customer service is great. It’s easy to speak to someone and the same person remains in contact with you even if an enquiry stretches over a few weeks. They are really keen to get customer ideas and try them out. I feel the app has a lot of room to grow and increase its functionality in the future. Reviewed on: 7th January 2020
