Superb service

Account opening was a nice and simple process, well guided and clearly communicated by the app Customer service has been brilliant when needed to talk to a real person - well trained, very friendly and UK based - sets a very high standard well beyond others (just cancelled corporate Barclaycard due to dreadful offshore customer experience) The app has been very well thought through with customer experience paramount in its design Good integration with 3rd party apps And to top it all - the debit card card looks exceptional and again, great design and seeing someone thinking differently.
